Property Management

As a Priory client we want to give you peace of mind that your property is in safe professional hands. Our dedicated property management team are based in-house at our office on Kew Green and can manage your property throughout the letting process; from arranging inventories and pre-tenancy cleans to identifying any repairs and maintenance needed to keep the property in tip top condition, through to handling security deposit once the tenancy has come to an end.
When you live abroad, it’s particularly important to be able to trust your agent to look after your house as you would yourself. We schedule regular management inspections for our properties to make sure there are no surprises come the end of tenancy and that the property is looking its best come renewal or re-let. In addition to ensuring that all safety tests are carried out prior to their expiry dates. Our management team use a select number of skilled tradesman and contractors to ensure should the need arise; any repairs or maintenance are completed to a high standard.
As a Priory client your property is assigned to one our Property Managers and both you and your tenants have a direct number through to our management department. We pride ourselves on a personal service so when you do need to speak to one of our team there are no switch boards or automated replies during office hours, and an out of hours number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year should an emergency or the need arise.
